Miguel Ramos
Biography
The arrival of this Madrilenian to the sport of the pedal is very recent and his competitive walk goes back only to the season 2019. He comes from the world of basketball. He has been playing this sport since he was eight years old, playing in a San Viator Club Deportivo de Madrid where he first worked as a point guard and later, after a first stretch, as a forward. “Two or three years ago my father began to arouse a lot of curiosity about this sport, we watched the races on television together and we also shared routes on Sundays around the Casa de Campo,” recalls Ramos. At the end of 2018, he took advantage of an old uncle’s mountain bike to make some repairs and compete in the cadet category, but not before convincing his parents to let him combine cycling and basketball training. But the experiences of this whole year 2019 have reinforced a great passion for the bicycle.
